Serge Jacobs corresponds with Wag Bennett shortly after his 3rd place to Frank Zane at the 1969 Mr World. Serge was the premier bodybuilder from Belgium at the time. He would win his national title on multiple occasions between 1967 and 1970. He would then be a mainstay at the IFBB Mr Universe competition from 1970 to 1975.
