The legendary Reg Park was in Australia for the 1980 Mr Olympia. Not only did he judge the event, he guest posed and conducted a seminar. This is part 1 of the seminar (I will do all in my power to get Part 2). He is a wealth of knowledge and I will share anything of his I come across.
