It covers a number of topics from Casey’s early training, his association with Arthur Jones, the Colorado Experiment, his beliefs on Heavy Duty Training and some insight into a controversial article I uploaded a couple of weeks ago titled “Casey Comes Clean” (Muscle & Fitness – Nov 1982).
