A great editorial on Tony Emmott and how he trained for and won the 1976 WBBG Pro Mr World. in 1977 Tony would win the NABBA Pro Universe a head of Serge Nubret. Tony was definitely amongst the premier British Bodybuilders of the 1970’s.
