In 1980 Andreas Cahling would win the overall IFBB Mr International title (in the process beating Ron Teufel to win his class). 36 years later (2016) Andreas would go on to win the NABBA USA Nationals (Masters 60+). This was his pre-season shoulder routine in 1980.
