Bill Grant Says “Use My Mini-Split Arm Program To Relieve Your Personal Energy Crisis!”

Bill Grant devised a split routine he titled “Mini-Split” and with this routine you train 4 days a week and rest 3 whilst ensuring every body part is trained twice during the split.  In this article he focuses on his arm training.
