Cheating Principle – Alive and Well in 1981

An article on a useful bodybuilding tool – The Cheating Principle.  Controlled cheating is a very effective method to train past sticking points for maximum growth and stimulation.  Interestingly is was first used by Clarence Ross in the 1950’s.
