How Sergio Oliva Trains his 21″ arms

Great article by Rick Wayne on Sergio Oliva’s arm training.  As a warm up he performed 10 sets of chins behind the neck to failure!  This was before he performed his standard sets, giant sets and supersets. A staggering 50 plus sets.
