The Colorado Experiment

The experiment was conducted at the Colorado State University in May of 1973.

Casey added 45lbs to his frame in 28 days using only Nautilus Equipment. This equipment was designed to provide all of the requirements of full range, rotary form, automatic variable, direct resistance. Casey weighed 167lbs on May 1, and after the 28 days of the experiment, on May 29 weighed 215lbs.
