After trying his luck with the New York Jets in 1976. Lou Ferrigno returned to bodybuilding and has once again placed his focus on the Mr Olympia. Lou spend the majority of the year training under the guidance of Vince Gironda. Unfortunately, Lou would not compete in the 1977 Mr Olympia, instead taking up a life changing opportunity starring as ‘the Incredible Hulk’ in the iconic TV series. We could only debate what would have happened if he competed.
