An article on 16 year old Ian Dowe. Ian had just entered and won his first competition the 1970 Mr South East Britain. He would go on to win the 1982 NABBA Mr Britain some 12 years later defeating Brian Buchanan. He would then finish 2nd in his class to the outstanding Australian John Terilli at the 1982 NABBA Mr Universe.
